A Craft That Started Early

Clean Concepts Landscape & Hardscape is a family-owned landscape and hardscape contractor based in Moorpark, California, serving homeowners across Ventura County. We design and build paver patios, driveways, outdoor kitchens, retaining walls, and complete landscapes, and we treat every project as if it were on our own property. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured under CSLB #1130031.

Owner Richard Melton has been shaping outdoor spaces since he was eleven years old, when he started cutting lawns with his father under the name Lawn Rangers. He ran his own service through his college years, then spent time maintaining some of the most demanding grounds in the country, including elite golf courses and resort properties where the standard for finish and detail leaves no room for shortcuts.

That experience shaped how we work. Golf-course grounds are held to a level of precision most homeowners never see, from grading and drainage to the cleanest possible edges. Richard brought those standards home to Ventura County, and they show up in every base we compact, every joint we set, and every line we cut.
