Great work, very happy with our new yard! Highly recommend!

Richard and his team are the best to work with. We have now used them for two projects and I am sure there will be more. They were patient with me when I kept changing my mind, thorough in their explanations, and best of all gave me more than what I expected! The pictures show just trees but everything they had to do to run the water lines and drip lines was not easy. They were super friendly, very tidy, and on time (which for me is a big one!) Large hillside with multiple older trees, variety of plantings needed an update and improved access. clean Concepts built an attractive staircase and cleared the hillside of all old vegetation. Replaced with graceful olive trees and low maintenance groundcover. Complete new irrigation both on hillside and lower yard. Beautiful, clean pavers turned a little used side yard into a new outdoor space. Updated flower beds and planters to complete the project, all accented with low voltage lighting. He also gave me ideas about how to better irrigate, my citrus trees, and my lawn all of his recommendations he backed up with his reasons why he also understood the value of having children playing in the yards are experienced with Witham was wonderful. Richard and his crew at Clean Concepts did a FANTASTIC job adding a pathway on our bank, fixing and adding stair steps and helping design and install lighting. Everything was completed on time and looks beautiful! So much so that we have hired them to revamp our sprinkler system and replant our bank. I highly recommend them!

Richard and his guys did a great job finishing my patio a couple of months ago. I had removed and old in-ground spa and needed a patio drain and some concrete work to fill in the space. They had it all done in just a few days and it came out great. Thank you again! Great communication, excellent work and professional results at an affordable price. Highly recommended.

……above and beyond. Richard is the kind of owner that shows up before a party to make sure your yard is perfect. He lets us know when it’s time to fertilize, prune roses, and bushes. He cares about my yard. It’s a big property and in Richard’s hands it is all managed. He is kind he is trustworthy and he is a very hard worker!

I cannot say enough *GOOD THINGS* about this company!!!!! Following several other estimates, we called Clean Concepts. We were so impressed with their vision, their honesty and their willingness to talk about this project at length before we committed. They gave us options, honest estimates, spot-on timelines and were always available by phone to offer answers. From permitting the job with the city to full completion, they built the backyard of our dreams!
